Licensed occupational therapist, Kara Norton, OTR/L, MSOT, CSRS received her degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015 before going on to receive her certification as a LSVT BIG clinician in 2017, Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery in 2017 as a PWR! Moves Therapist and PWR! Moves Instructor in 2018. She also received her certification as a stroke rehab specialist in 2022. She is the founder of a small non-profit organization called MK Community Outreach that serves to provide community-based education and exercise services for the geriatric residents in Northeastern Arkansas and surrounding areas, specifically for neurological conditions. She has practiced in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is a member of the Arkansas Occupational Therapy Association as well as the American Occupational Therapy Association. She also serves on the Arkansas State University Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program Advisory Board
Licensed physical therapist, Dr. Marci Moffitt, PT, DPT, CBIS, received her degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015 before going on to receive her certification as a brain injury specialist in 2019. She has also received her certification in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery in 2024 as a PWR! Moves Therapist. She has practiced in inpatient, outpatient, acute, home health and pediatric settings. She also serves on the board of directors for MK Community Outreach, a non-profit organization.
